Thank you for shopping with Gizia. We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely happy, you may return your item(s) according to the policy outlined below.


RETURN OPTIONS

U.S. Orders (Domestic)

Customers with orders shipped within the United States are eligible for:


  • Refund

  • Store Credit

  • Exchange


Returns are free of charge and include a prepaid return label.


International Orders (Non-U.S.)

Customers with international orders (shipped outside the U.S.) are eligible for:


  • Refund only


Exchanges and store credit are not available for international orders.

Customers must return the item(s) using our designated courier partner and are responsible for all shipping fees, customs, and duties.


RETURN PROCESS

To start a return, please visit our Returns Page and enter your order number and email address. 


U.S. Orders will receive return instructions with the shipping label of our authorized courier.

The cost of return shipping is covered by Gizia. A prepaid return label will be provided.

International Orders will also receive return instructions with the return address in Turkey.

The customer is required to ship the item(s) using our designated shipping partner and cover the return shipping cost.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping the proof of shipment.


TIMING & PROCESSING


Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the original purchase date.


Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.


You will receive an email notification once your return has been successfully processed.


RETURN SHIPPING COST

U.S. Orders: The cost of return shipping is covered by Gizia. A prepaid return label will be provided.


International Orders: Return shipping, customs duties, and taxes must be paid by the customer. Gizia does not cover international return costs.


ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED

The following items are not eligible for return:


  • Final Sale items

  • Made to Order or Personalized items

  • Items returned damaged, soiled, without tags, or not in original condition

  • Worn, washed, or altered items

  • Shoes returned with damaged soles or without original undamaged shoebox

  • Swimwear or lingerie without the protective slip or tried on without underwear

  • Earrings that have been opened (for hygiene reasons)


Please try on garments carefully. Avoid contact with makeup or deodorant that could cause stains.


PRODUCT CONDITION REQUIREMENTS

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:


  • Unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused

  • All original tags and accessories included

  • Unscented (no perfume, deodorant, or other odors)

  • Free of stains, makeup, or animal/human hair

  • Original packaging and hangers included

  • Shoes must be tried on only on a soft surface (e.g., carpet)






DISTRIBUTOR PURCHASES

Products purchased from authorized distributors such as Bloomingdale’s, Neiman Marcus, or other retailers are subject to their respective return policies.

Gizia cannot accept returns on these items unless a product defect is confirmed by our Customer Service Team.


IMPORTANT NOTES

All returns must be authorized before being shipped. Unauthorized returns may be refused.


Returns postmarked after 30 days from the purchase date may not be accepted.


Discounted items are eligible for return unless marked as Final Sale. The refund amount will reflect the price paid after discounts.


Gizia reserves the right to deny returns from accounts with excessive return activity.
