Last updated: xx x , 2025
At GIZIA LLC we are committed to ethical and responsible business practices. In accordance with the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act of 2010 (SB 657), we are providing this disclosure to outline the steps we take to mitigate the risk of human trafficking and slavery within our supply chains.
🔹 Verification
We evaluate and assess potential suppliers before entering into contracts to confirm that they comply with applicable laws, including those related to labor and employment. We do not currently engage third parties to perform independent verification of our supply chain.
🔹 Audits
We do not currently conduct formal, independent audits of our suppliers for compliance with anti-trafficking standards. However, we reserve the right to audit suppliers if concerns arise.
🔹 Supplier Certification
Our suppliers are expected to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those prohibiting human trafficking and forced labor. By working with us, suppliers confirm their compliance with such laws.
🔹 Accountability
Employees and contractors who fail to adhere to our standards may face disciplinary action, including termination. We expect the same level of accountability from our partners and suppliers.
🔹 Training
Relevant members of our team are educated on identifying and mitigating risks of human trafficking in our supply chains, especially in sourcing, manufacturing, and procurement roles.
