Shipping Process and Delivery Time
At Gizia.com, customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we proudly offer free shipping on all orders.
Orders placed through our website are dispatched via DHL within 3 business days following payment confirmation.
Please note that official and religious holidays, as well as weekends, are not considered business days.
For credit card payments, the shipping process begins immediately once the transaction is approved. For bank transfer payments, the process starts once your payment has been received and confirmed in our company account.
Shipment Tracking
Once your order has been handed over to DHL, you will receive an SMS or email notification with a tracking number.
You can easily track your shipment through the DHL Tracking Page using this number.
Delivery and Absence at Address
DHL delivers your order to the shipping address you provided.
If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a notification slip at your address, and your package will be held at the nearest DHL branch for 3 business days. If not collected within this period, the package will be returned to Gizia.com.
Important Notes at the Time of Delivery
Please make sure to check your package carefully upon delivery for any signs of damage, such as tearing, crushing, wetness, or opening.
If the package appears damaged, a damage report must be prepared together with the courier staff. Unfortunately, claims made without a report cannot be accepted.
In the case of damaged items, we kindly request that you contact Gizia Customer Service as soon as possible. Following the necessary review, we will initiate either an exchange or a return process.
